Another Recipe for Cocoa Mix

Large-batch dry cocoa mix of powdered milk, instant chocolate and powdered creamer, stirred into equal parts boiling water.

Ingredients

  • 8 cups powdered milk
  • 1 pound instant chocolate
  • 6 ounces instant cream (Coffee Mate)
  • 2/3 cup powdered sugar or Splenda (may not need as much)

Directions

  1. Combine and mix well.
  2. To use, mix with equal parts boiling water.
