Beef Barbecue
Cubed beef simmered two hours in tomato soup, Worcestershire and sugar until it stirs apart into a sandwich filling.

Before you start: The first step says to cube the beef, but the last one says to leave the roast whole and let it stir apart. Either works — just decide before you start.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds beef
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 cup water
- ½ cup Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 onion, chopped fine
- 1 clove garlic
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- Remove fat from beef and cut into cubes.
- Combine with the remainder of the ingredients in a heavy saucepan and simmer 2 hours. (Or cook in a crockpot on low for 8 hours.)
- Leave the roast whole and pour the sauce over the top. Cut up the roast if needed — it usually stirs apart.
