Bread Instructions
The baking half of the friendship bread cycle: leftover starter mixed with instant vanilla pudding, cinnamon and nuts, baked as two loaves.

Before you start: This picks up where Amish Friendship Bread leaves off — you need a batch of fed starter on hand before any of these amounts make sense.

Ingredients
- 1 cup oil
- ½ cup milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 large package instant vanilla pudding
Directions
- Using the remaining starter batter, add the oil, milk, eggs, and vanilla; mix well.
- Add the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, baking soda, chopped nuts, and instant vanilla pudding.
- Mix and pour into 2 large loaf pans, well greased and coated with sugar-cinnamon.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
