Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 pounds beef brisket
  • Mustard, for coating
  • 1 package onion soup mix

Directions

  1. Cover the brisket with mustard.
  2. Put it dry in the crockpot and pour 1 package onion soup mix over it.
  3. Cook 10 hours.
  4. Can be shredded or frozen.
