Caramel Frosting
Brown sugar boiled with butter and milk, cooled, then beaten with powdered sugar — enough for two layer cakes.

Ingredients
- ½ cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 ¾ cups powdered sugar
Directions
- Melt butter in a pan; add brown sugar. Boil over low heat for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Add milk; continue stirring until mixture comes to a boil.
- Remove from heat; cool, then add powdered sugar.
- Beat until thick enough to spread. Frosts 2 layer cakes.
