Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Pie

Refrigerated cookie dough pressed into a pie plate as the crust, filled with sweetened cream cheese and chopped Heath bars.

Variation: use peanut butter cookie dough and 5 Reese's [peanut butter cups] instead.

Ingredients

  • 18 ounces chocolate chip cookie dough
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 5 (1 1/2 ounce) Heath bars, chopped

Directions

  1. Press cookie dough in pie plate for crust.
  2. Mix cream cheese, eggs, sugar and 3 Heath bars and pour into crust.
  3. Bake at 325 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle on remaining 2 Heath bars.
  5. Chill and serve.
