Chocolate Ice Cream Shell

Bittersweet chocolate and coconut oil melted in the microwave, meant to be poured over ice cream where it sets into a shell.

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons refined coconut oil
  • 3 ounces chopped bittersweet chocolate
  • Pinch of salt

Directions

  1. Microwave coconut oil, chocolate and salt at 50% power until smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
