Coffee Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 3-ounce package butterscotch or vanilla pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • ¾ cup water
  • ¾ cup oil
  • Topping: ½ cup sugar
  • Topping: 1 tablespoon cocoa
  • Topping: 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • Topping: ½ cup chopped pecans

Directions

  1. Whip liquids first, then add dry ingredients. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan.
  2. Sprinkle topping over the cake and marble through the cake with a knife.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
