French Vanilla Cafe

Instant coffee ground to a powder and stirred together with sugar and two creamers; two tablespoons makes a cup.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup instant coffee
  • 1/4 cup plus 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup Coffee Mate creamer
  • 1/4 cup vanilla Coffee Mate creamer

Directions

  1. Grind or blend the instant coffee into a powder using a coffee grinder or blender.
  2. Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl. Store in a sealed container.
  3. To make: measure 2 tablespoons of mix into a coffee cup. Add 8 ounces of boiling water, then stir.
