Frozen Punch Slush

Jell-O and a sugar syrup mixed with lemonade and pineapple juice and frozen, then cut with 7-Up as it is served.

Ingredients

  • 3 (3-ounce) packages Jell-O
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 small cans lemonade concentrate
  • 2 cans pineapple juice
  • 4 (28 ounce) bottles 7-Up or ginger ale

Directions

  1. Dissolve the Jell-O in 2 cups boiling water.
  2. Add 2 cups cold water.
  3. Boil 4 cups sugar in 4 cups water; cool.
  4. Mix in the lemonade and pineapple juice; freeze.
  5. Add the 7-Up or ginger ale to serve.
