Lemon Chip Cookies
Drop cookies built on a lemon cake mix with oil, eggs, grated lemon peel and pecans.
Before you start: The card jumps straight to baking. Stir the cake mix, oil, eggs and lemon peel into a stiff dough, fold in chopped pecans, and drop by spoonfuls onto the sheet before it goes in the oven.

Directions
- Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
- Cool on wire racks.
