Mexican Hot Chocolate

Milk microwaved with chopped sweet chocolate, instant coffee and cinnamon, then topped with whipped cream.

Ingredients

2 cups milk
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
2 ounces sweet chocolate, chopped
2 teaspoons instant coffee powder
¼ cup whipped cream or topping
2 teaspoons sugar or Splenda

Directions

Heat milk on high for 4 minutes.
Stir in chocolate and coffee. Heat 30 seconds.
Add remaining ingredients.
