Oatmeal Bread

Bread machine loaf sweetened with molasses, everything loaded in order and run on the white bread setting.

Ingredients

  • 1 package dry yeast
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup molasses
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 ¼ cups plus 1 tablespoon warm water

Directions

  1. In bread machine pan, place ingredients in order given.
  2. Select white bread setting.
  3. Bake according to bread machine directions.
