Oil Buns
Overnight yeast dough made with oil instead of butter, mixed in the afternoon, shaped at night, baked the next morning.

Before you start: No baking time is given. Plan on roughly 15 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees and pull them when the tops are golden.

Ingredients
- 4 cups warm water
- 1 package yeast
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 ½ cups sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 cup oil
- 3 eggs
- 12 cups flour
Directions
- Mix with a wire whip until stiff.
- Knead and let rise.
- Start about 4 p.m.
- Make into rolls at 10 p.m. and bake in the morning at 350 degrees.
