Pampered Chef Fruit Pizza
Sugar cookie crust spread with sweetened cream cheese, covered in pineapple, mandarins, bananas and strawberries, then sealed with a cooked strawberry glaze.

Before you start: Two gaps to watch: the crust is never actually baked in the steps, so press the dough into the pizza pan and bake at 350 until golden, about 12 to 15 minutes, and cool it fully. Also stir the strawberry gelatin into the hot glaze — it's on the list but the directions never mention it.

Ingredients
- 1 refrigerated raw sugar cookie dough
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 1 (12 ounce) container soft cream cheese
- 4 tablespoons powdered sugar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 large can crushed pineapple
- 2 small cans mandarin oranges
- 4 medium bananas, sliced
- Strawberries
- Nuts
- Glaze:
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon corn syrup
- 3 tablespoons corn starch
- 3 tablespoons strawberry gelatin
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 12 inch pizza pan with cooking spray.
- Combine cream cheese with sugar, juice, and vanilla; spread over crust to 1 inch from the edge.
- Arrange fruit and nuts on top.
- For the glaze: cook water, sugar, corn syrup, and corn starch together until thickened.
- Put glaze on top of the pizza once cooled.
