Super Meatballs
Three pounds of hamburger bound with oatmeal and evaporated milk, baked packed together under a catsup, honey and liquid smoke sauce.

I use this sauce on pork ribs and chicken too.
Before you start: The bake time reads "1/12 hours," which is almost certainly meant to be 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees.

Ingredients
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 3 pounds hamburger
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 cups oatmeal
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 3 cups catsup
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup honey
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon liquid smoke
- 1 teaspoon garlic
Directions
- Mix meatball ingredients together. Make into meatballs; put into baking dish with meatballs touching.
- Combine sauce ingredients (catsup, brown sugar, honey, onion, liquid smoke, and garlic) and pour over the meatballs. Bake for 1/12 hours at 325 degrees.
