Taco Pasta Cheeses
Jumbo shells stuffed with taco-seasoned beef and cream cheese, baked under taco sauce, shredded cheese and crushed tortilla chips.

Ingredients
- 1 ½ pounds hamburger
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 8 ounce cream cheese, cubed
- 2 packages taco seasoning
- 1-2 tablespoons minced chives
- 1 12 ounce package jumbo pasta shells, cooked and drained
- 2 cups taco sauce
- 2 cups shredded plain or Mexican cheese
- 2 cups crushed tortilla chips
Directions
- In a large skillet, cook beef and onions, then drain.
- Stir in cream cheese, taco seasoning, and chives. Cook until cheese is melted.
- Stuff pasta shells with the mixture.
- Place in a 4 quart baking dish. Top with taco sauce and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Sprinkle with cheese and chips. Bake 5 minutes longer.
