Cheesecake-Stuffed Strawberries

Hollowed strawberries piped full of no-bake cheesecake filling, dipped in graham crumbs and drizzled with melted chocolate.

I used this box mix and it came with the graham cracker crumbs. This was good, but next time I think I'd try making my own filling - just to compare. I also used white chocolate for drizzling because I had some on hand, and I used just 1 block of the bark-type chocolate from Kroger for the milk chocolate drizzle.

Where this one came from

Ingredients

  • 2 quarts fresh strawberries
  • 1 box Jell-O No Bake Cheesecake mix (comes with graham cracker crumbs)
  • Crushed graham crackers
  • Milk chocolate, for drizzling
  • White chocolate, for drizzling (optional)

Directions

  1. Wash the berries and hollow out the centers (a small paring knife works well).
  2. Mix the cheesecake filling according to the box directions.
  3. Put the filling in a piping bag and fill each strawberry until slightly overfilled.
  4. Place the graham cracker crumbs in a bowl and dip the top of each strawberry into the crumbs to coat.
  5. Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30 second increments, stirring between each.
  6. Transfer the melted chocolate to a piping bag with a narrow tip and drizzle onto each berry.
  7. Refrigerate until you’re ready to eat.
